Free delivery is worked out on the value of the goods in your basket, excluding VAT and delivery, after any discount code has been taken off.
Lead times
Most of our standard items are in stock. Order by 2pm (12pm on Fridays), UK time, and they’re sent the same working day. If an item isn’t ready to go, we’ll contact you to let you know the lead time. Lead times for custom and personalised items, such as printed flags and bespoke signs, vary with the order. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before you order.
